Tickets purchased are valid for the entirety of the 23/24 season (until Closing Day in April 2024).

Product Details

Day tickets are provided to you up front, in the form of single-use tickets.
Tickets are not subject to any capacity restrictions.
Distribution of tickets is your responsibilty.
Line up free access (as tickets are direct-to-lift enabled).
No blackout dates.
Tickets are valid for one full-day, anytime during the season in which they are issued.
Tickets feature your company name.

Corporate tickets are available for purchase by registered corporate entities within Alberta, excluding accommodators. Accommodators remain eligible for Castle Mountain Resort’s Partner Accommodator Program.
Tickets are strictly NOT for resale. Any purchasers found to have resold tickets will have any remaining tickets revoked, without refund.
There are no refunds of corporate tickets; no exceptions.
Unused tickets will not be rolled over to subsequent seasons and are valid only for the season in which they are purchased.
A release of liability waiver must be signed by each guest picking up a ticket. In the event that a ticket is being held for a minor, the signature of a legal parent or guardian is required before the ticket will be issued.
Ticket holders caught skiing in a closed area may have their skiing/snowboarding privileges revoked for the season with no refund.
